Fabric & Raw Material Inspection

Quality begins before production starts.

At Elite Protex, we conduct structured fabric and raw material inspections to identify risks before they impact bulk production. From woven and knitted fabrics to leather, trims, and accessories, we verify quality, specifications, shade consistency, GSM, shrinkage, and compliance requirements.

Early detection prevents costly rework, shipment delays, and bulk rejection.

With over 20 years of technical experience, we provide clear, measurable, and unbiased reporting — ensuring that every material entering production meets buyer expectations and international standards.

We don’t just inspect materials.
We protect production from the start.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO)

Quality should never be left until the final stage. It must be monitored and controlled while production is in progress.

At Elite Protex, our During Production Inspection (DUPRO) is conducted when approximately 20%–30% of goods are completed. This critical stage allows us to evaluate workmanship, measurements, construction accuracy, labelling compliance, shade consistency, and overall production quality before bulk manufacturing is finalized.

By identifying issues early, corrective actions can be implemented immediately — preventing large-scale defects, minimizing rework, and reducing shipment delays. DUPRO helps ensure that production remains aligned with buyer specifications, technical standards, and approved samples.

With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, we deliver structured, unbiased, and technically sound reporting. Our inspections focus not only on identifying defects, but also on controlling production risks before they escalate.

Correct in time.

Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Final Random Inspection (FRI) is the most critical quality control stage before shipment approval. Conducted when production is fully completed and a minimum of 80% of goods are packed, FRI serves as the final safeguard to verify that bulk production meets buyer specifications, approved samples, and international quality standards. At Elite Protex, we perform FRI using internationally recognized AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards, applying systematic random sampling to ensure objective and accurate shipment evaluation. This structured method allows us to determine whether the shipment qualifies for approval or requires corrective action before dispatch.

During Final Random Inspection, we thoroughly evaluate:

  • Workmanship and overall construction quality
  • Measurement verification against approved size specifications
  • Fabric quality and shade consistency
  • Labelling accuracy and branding compliance
  • Packaging method and carton quality
  • Assortment and quantity verification
  • Shipping marks and barcode correctness

Each finding is documented with measurable data, clear defect classification (Critical, Major, Minor), and high-resolution photographic evidence. Our reporting is structured, transparent, and easy for buyers to interpret — providing a clear Pass or Fail decision based on factual inspection results. With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, Elite Protex understands that final inspection is not just about counting defects. It is about assessing shipment risk, protecting brand reputation, and ensuring that only compliant and quality-approved goods reach the market.

Our independent and unbiased approach ensures that every inspection reflects the true condition of the shipment — without compromise.

Thorough inspection.
Objective decision.
Confident shipment approval.

Pre-Production Meetings & Sample Review

Quality control begins long before bulk production is completed — it starts at planning.

At Elite Protex, our Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and Sample Review ensure that all technical, quality, and compliance requirements are clearly aligned before manufacturing begins. This critical stage confirms that approved samples, buyer specifications, and factory execution plans are fully synchronized.

We carefully review size-set samples, pre-production samples (PPS), fabric and trim approvals, construction methods, measurement tolerances, labelling placement, packaging instructions, and special buyer requirements. By verifying these elements in advance, we help prevent misinterpretation, reduce production errors, and avoid costly rework later in the process.

With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, we apply practical technical judgment — not just checklist verification. Our independent evaluation identifies potential risks before cutting and bulk sewing begin, ensuring production starts with clarity and control.

Pre-Production Review with Elite Protex means fewer surprises, smoother manufacturing, and stronger final inspection outcomes.

 Produce with confidence.
 Deliver without risk.

Production Monitoring & Quality System Setup

Sustainable quality is achieved through controlled processes — not just final inspections.

At Elite Protex, we provide continuous production monitoring and structured quality system support to ensure manufacturing remains aligned with approved standards and buyer requirements throughout the production cycle.

We monitor in-line quality, identify process risks, analyse defect trends, and provide practical corrective guidance to production teams. In addition, we support factories in establishing structured quality control systems — including inspection checkpoints, defect recording methods, and standardized reporting procedures.

Our approach focuses on eliminating root causes, improving process stability, and strengthening factory capability — reducing dependency on last-stage inspections and minimizing shipment risk.

With over 20 years of technical expertise, we help build a reliable quality framework that delivers consistent results.

Control the process.
Strengthen the system.
Deliver consistent quality.

Shipment Loading Inspection

Quality assurance does not end with final inspection — it extends to the moment the shipment leaves the factory. At Elite Protex, our Shipment Loading Inspection provides final verification and supervision during container loading to ensure that goods are dispatched accurately, safely, and in full compliance with buyer instructions. We confirm that the correct styles, colours, size ratios, and quantities are loaded as per the approved packing list. Carton condition, labelling accuracy, shipping marks, barcode details, and assortment integrity are carefully cross-checked to prevent mix-ups or dispatch errors. In addition, we thoroughly inspect the container condition before loading — ensuring it is clean, dry, Odor-free, and structurally safe. During loading, we monitor stacking methods, weight distribution, and space utilization to minimize the risk of transit damage, crushing, or moisture exposure.

Every stage of the process is supervised and documented with clear photographic evidence, including final seal verification and recording of container details. This structured approach provides buyers with confidence that the shipment reflects verified quality, correct quantity, and secure handling.

With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, Elite Protex understands that even small loading mistakes can result in costly delays, rejections, or brand risk. Our independent supervision ensures accuracy, accountability, and complete transparency until the shipment is sealed and ready for dispatch.

Final verification.
 Accurate loading.
 Confident delivery
